Native advertising operations

Native ads run as coded experiments across markets

Native advertising rewards volume — many headlines, many images, many landing pages, many markets — and volume by hand turns into an account nobody can explain. We built the operation as a system of record: every ad is a coded combination of headline concept, image and landing page for one market, generated from a written test with a hypothesis, so nothing runs that is not answering a question.

Winning combinations are expanded into new markets with localized headlines rather than restarted from zero. A verification pass pulls what is actually live from the platform and matches it to the plan by code — approval states, spend and cost per purchase against each item — and flags anything running that never came through the queue. The plan and the account cannot quietly drift apart, because the drift becomes a report.

Launch operations

A launch console for the human step of the pipeline

The last step of every campaign pipeline is a person pasting fields into an ads platform, and that is where tracking usually dies: retyped titles, a wrong landing URL, no record of what actually went live. We built that handoff as a console instead of a checklist.

A sidebar shows one card per ad due to launch, grouped by platform and campaign — headline, image thumbnail, landing URL and tracking code, each behind a copy button. The operator copies field by field, marks the card launched, and presses one button that checks the platform and confirms every ad by its code. The queue empties itself, the operator never edits a sheet, and anything launched around the system is caught and reported rather than lost.

Paid social operations

A reporting and creative-testing layer over the Meta Marketing API

Paid social platforms report what happened; they do not give an operator a workspace. We built one: a scheduled system that pulls campaign, ad set and ad structure together with daily performance into a single workbook covering several ad accounts at once, so a morning review starts from one surface rather than six.

On top of it sits a creative expansion tool. An operator browses every tested creative combination in a sortable table, selects the ones worth extending, and queues new tests without opening the ads manager. The underlying API work handles rate limiting, transient failures and resumable pagination, because a sync that needs supervision is not automation.

Margin analytics

Campaign reporting that knows what the goods cost

An ads platform optimises against revenue. It does not know landed cost, which differs by product and by market, and it does not know that a share of those recorded purchases will come back as returns weeks later. Two campaigns at identical return on ad spend can be a good one and a losing one.

We built reporting that resolves cost of goods, shipping and observed return rates down to the campaign and the market, so the daily question becomes which campaigns are contributing margin rather than which are reporting a high ratio. The output is deliberately a short exception list rather than a dashboard: the ones that moved, and why.

Fulfilment operations

Delivery tracking that repairs and audits itself

Long lead-time international shipping produces a predictable class of loss: parcels that stall in transit, and customers who conclude the order failed. Both are cheap to solve if found early and expensive once a support ticket or a duplicate order exists.

We built a tracking pipeline that receives carrier events into a queue and drains it on a schedule, so a burst of updates cannot cause events to be silently dropped. A reconciliation pass re-checks every in-flight order daily and repairs anything the live feed missed. A third pass audits the first two, sampling in-flight orders and reporting how many disagree with the carrier — so the system reports its own accuracy instead of being trusted on faith. Operators get a menu to run any of it by hand and to trace a single order end to end.

Market intelligence

A daily read on which competitor advertising is actually scaling

Knowing what competitors are running is easy and close to useless. What matters is which of their advertising is gaining distribution right now, because that is the market telling you which angle is working before you spend anything to find out.

We maintain a tracked set of brands in the client's category and produce a short daily read on movement, summarised by angle rather than by asset — occupational testimonial, evening-ritual framing, named-condition education — so the output feeds a creative decision rather than an archive. The judgement of what to do with it stays with a person; the monitoring does not need to.

Direct response creative

Long-form advertorial, listicle and lifecycle email

Paid traffic into a long-form page is its own discipline, distinct from writing about a product. We produce advertorial and listicle formats built around a specific reader and a specific objection, and segmented lifecycle campaigns to existing customer lists — launch sequences to prior buyers of an adjacent product, for instance, where the list is the asset and the sequence decides what it is worth.

Written to a house template so it drops into an existing page or email platform without rework, and produced in English and German.
